You have built an impressive career. Now imagine it feeling as good on the inside as it looks from the outside.

Welcome. You're in exactly the right place.

You’ve always been the one people can count on. The one who gets things done, no matter how high the stakes or how long the hours. You are good at what you do. Really good. And you have worked hard to get here — the career, the reputation, the standard you hold yourself to. That does not change here.

You wake up already tired, your mind spinning with deadlines, meetings, and the endless list of things that can’t wait. You tell yourself to push through, to keep going, but deep down, you can feel something shifting. The spark that once drove you feels dimmer. The joy you used to find in your work feels distant.

You’ve noticed the small things slipping — What this space offers is something most high-achieving women have never really had: a place to think clearly about how you are working, what it is costing you, and what becomes possible when you stop running on willpower alone.

Part of you knows something has to change, even if you can’t quite put your finger on what that is yet. You just know you can’t keep living like this — constantly running on empty, holding everything together while quietly falling apart inside. Here, there are no performance reviews. No judgement. Only science, honesty, and a genuinely better way forward.

This is where things can finally change.

Here is what most women are never told.

The way high achievers experience exhaustion is neurologically distinct. It is not tiredness that sleep fixes. It is a measurable shift in how your brain regulates energy, attention, and stress — and once you understand what is actually happening, the path forward becomes far less complicated than you might think.

That is the work we do here.

You’re not the only one feeling this way. So many high achievers reach a point where the drive that once fuelled them starts to feel like it’s consuming them. It doesn’t mean you’ve failed or that you’re weak. It means you’ve been carrying too much, for too long, without the space to rest or breathe.

What you’re experiencing isn’t a personal flaw. It’s a human response to relentless pressure, constant demands, and the belief that you have to keep proving yourself. You’ve been doing your best to hold everything together, even when it’s been costing you more than you realised.

Take a breath. You’re not broken, and you’re not alone. There is a way to recover your energy, your clarity, and your sense of self. It starts with understanding what’s really happening beneath the surface and giving yourself permission to heal.

You don’t have to have it all figured out right now. You just have to know that change is possible, and you’re in the right place to begin.

Hi, I'm Rhona (aka ROJ Dee, MSc). Author, scientist, podcaster, business owner and burnout expert.

I understand what it’s like to reach a point where success no longer feels sustainable. I’ve lived it. I spent 30 years in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries — clinical research, high-stakes environments, the kind of work where precision and performance are non-negotiable.

My background is in clinical research. I hold a Master of Science in Translational Medicine, and I know, scientifically, more about the human body under stress than most people ever will.

And I still burned out. That is how insidious it is. And that is why I know exactly where to look when I work with you.

When my own health collapsed, it forced me to look at success, resilience, and well-being in a completely new way.

That experience changed the course of my life and my work. Today, I combine my scientific understanding with lived experience to help high-achieving professionals recognise early signs of burnout, recover fully, and rebuild a life that feels balanced and fulfilling. My own recovery changed the course of my life and my work. It also gave me something no academic training could — a first-hand understanding of what it takes to rebuild without giving up who you are or what you have built.

I care about helping women like you because I know how isolating burnout can feel — and I also know that recovery is possible with the right support, tools, and understanding.

Here is how I can support you.

Working with me is not about generic wellness advice or being told to rest more. It is about understanding, with scientific clarity, what burnout is actually doing to your brain and body — and building a recovery that works with your career.

My approach blends science with compassion. I draw on decades of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology world, as well as my own lived experience, bringing a depth of understanding that only comes from having recovered using my framework. You’ll find that our work together is steady, thoughtful, and deeply personal.

I believe recovery begins with understanding, not judgment. You’ll be met with curiosity, kindness, and practical tools that help you rebuild your energy and confidence one step at a time. This is a space where you can exhale, reconnect with yourself, and begin to imagine a new way of working and living that actually feels good.

I bring 30 years of evidence-based thinking to this work. You bring the drive. Together, we build something that lasts.

You have spent years proving what you are capable of.

This is about making sure those years — and the ones ahead — actually feel like they are yours. Present in your work. Present in your life. Running on something that lasts.
